About Me

From a young age, I’ve been passionate about physical activity, starting with my involvement in competitive sports. This early exposure sparked a lifelong commitment to fitness and led me to specialize in strength training. I was a certified personal trainer through AFAA, and I’ve had the pleasure of working as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach in New York, Massachusetts, and Texas. My professional experience has allowed me to work with a wide range of clients, from athletes to everyday fitness enthusiasts.

In 2013, I earned a Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Athletic Counseling, which expanded my perspective on the mental side of fitness. Through my studies and work, I’ve had the chance to explore the powerful connection between mind and body, gaining experience in individual counseling, group mental performance workshops, and sport psychology skills training for military personnel and police recruits.

My journey took a transformative turn in my mid-20s when I discovered yoga. Initially, I was looking to improve my flexibility, but I quickly realized that yoga provided the missing link I’d been searching for—a holistic practice that integrates mind, body, and spirit. Yoga became a passion, and I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) through ULU Yoga. Today, my practice includes a variety of styles, from yin to vinyasa and power yoga, allowing me to offer a diverse experience to my clients.

After discovering yoga, I began exploring aerial yoga and Lyra classes, where I found creative movement and expression that felt both empowering and liberating. These practices allowed me to embrace my femininity through movement, and this exploration eventually led me to pole fitness, where I found a powerful outlet for self-expression and strength. I now hold certifications in pole fitness, aerial yoga, and Lyra, and these practices have deepened my understanding of fitness and self-discovery.

Throughout my journey, I’ve remained dedicated to helping others find balance, strength, and personal growth both on and off the mat. Whether through strength training, mental performance, or aerial and pole fitness, I bring a blend of experience and empathy to each of my sessions, supporting others as they embark on their own fitness and wellness journeys.
